FAST Cooling Store Credit Policy

Thank you for shopping with FAST Cooling. We’re proud to offer premium cooling products and stand behind their quality. Please read our updated Store Credit Policy carefully before making your purchase.
No Returns or Refunds
As of 01/01/2023, FAST Cooling no longer accepts returns or issues cash refunds for any products purchased. All sales are final.
Store Credit Issuance
If there is an approved issue with your order (such as defective merchandise, incorrect item shipped, or damage during shipping), we will issue store credit equal to the original purchase price. Store credit may be applied toward future purchases on our website or over the phone with our sales team.
Eligibility for Store Credit
To be eligible for store credit:
- You must notify us of the issue within 7 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Issues resulting from misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear are not eligible.
How Store Credit Works
- Store credit will be issued as a digital code or credit on your FAST Cooling account.
- Store credit never expires.
- Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to another customer.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please email jill@fastcooling.com with your order number, photos of the item, and a description of the issue. Our team will review and, if approved, issue store credit promptly.
